About Antietam Equities
Antietam Equities was formed in January 2003. Two of the owners had experience in real estate. One had been a landlord. The other not only had been a landlord but was a leasing rep, representing both landlords and tenants with experience in retail, office and industrial space. This experience gives us a greater insight into the needs of both tenants and landlords.
Working with both landlords and tenants in all three sectors of the commercial real estate market gives the brain trust at Antietam Equities the knowledge of the needs and problems both the tenants and landlords and how to avoid or solve them. This allows us to use this information to give our tenants what they need to help them be successful. We applied this line of reasoning to our Residents and have come up with policies and procedures that foster a good landlord resident relationship and makes both sides happy. ITS A WIN-WIN SITUATION.

Our support, office and maintenance personnel understand the unique commitment we have to them and our residents and commercial tenants.

We do everything we can to keep rent increases to a minimum while providing the service and amenities that residents are looking for in today's market. Our commercial rates are kept as low as possible with the transparency to see what your money is paying for.
